I did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you do not receive a Crewfare payment confirmation email within 24 hours of your booking, please check your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email, contact support at rlsupport@crewfare.com. The confirmation code that you receive from Crewfare ensures that your room is secured, but your hotel confirmation number will come closer to the event.
